Project and Technical Management Services

Candesco provides superb project management expertise in each of the activities it undertakes. We are comfortable playing a specific role as part of a client team or managing the entire task.

Project examples:

• Candesco played an integral part in the technical, managerial and engineering aspects of Bruce A station's return to service, in colloboration with other industry partners. The Canadian Nuclear Society's John S. Hewitt Team Achievement Award in 2003 was given to the team that performed this work, which included Candesco.
• Candesco staff administers and oversees the planning and execution of industry-wide R&D projects under contract to COG. Candesco's combination of technical and management experience makes our team well qualified for such roles.
• Candesco staff developed management processes and information technology tools to streamline and improve OPG's ability to maintain the information and documents necessary to apply for and maintain licenses to operate its nuclear power plants.
