Project examples:

• Working with management, we developed the set of strategic measures and operational metrics required for effectively monitoring the performance of the OPG CIO organization.  Candesco also developed the necessary IT tools and reporting infrastructure to provide accurate and timely feedback and analysis of results against established goals and targets.
• Candesco staff developed management processes and information technology tools to streamline and improve OPG's ability to maintain the information and documents necessary to apply for and maintain licenses to operate its nuclear power plants.
