Asset Management Services

Candesco's asset management services include equipment and facility design, maintenance plans and condition assessments.

We provide:

• Life cycle plans for overall generating facility or principal components, including valuation assessment, maintenance strategy, capital improvement plan and issue management.
• Assistance to clients in developing and implementing maintenance management strategies, systems and processes most appropriate to their facilities.
• Guidance in the preparation of a plant condition assessment including review of maintenance and performance history, previous test results, physical inspection and additional testing as agreed-to with the client. We can also prepare plant condition assessment reports, including cost and suggested timing of major maintenance, replacements, or improvements.
• Experience in performing condition assessments for process systems and for I&C equipment. Candesco established numerous component-level assessment scope agreements.
• Experience in new fuel design assessment and performance of demonstration irradiations.
